Terms of Service

Last updated: 5 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Workplanned, a workforce-management app provided by KP Devs (CVR: 44780798, Hjørringvej 185B, 9400 Nørresundby, Denmark). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be authorised to add the people and information you enter, and to instruct us to process their data on your behalf.

2. Acceptable use

Use Workplanned only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, access other companies' data, or use it to harm others.

3. Plans, payment and cancellation

• Workplanned offers a Free plan and paid Basic and Standard plans, with optional add-ons. Plan limits are shown in the app and on our pricing page.
• During this phase, upgrades and payment are arranged directly with us (there is no online card payment yet). Prices are shown excluding VAT.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period: your request is recorded straight away, your plan continues until the period ends, and then the account drops to Free. Paid periods already started are not refunded.

4. Your data and privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For the team members you add, you are the data controller and we act as your processor; a Data Processing Agreement is available on request. You keep ownership of your data and can export or delete it.

5. Availability

We work to keep Workplanned available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, change or temporarily suspend features to maintain or improve the service.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KP Devs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law.

7. Suspension and termination

You can stop using Workplanned and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used unlawfully.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and we will notify account owners of significant changes.
